How long does each course take?
Most of these self-paced, psycho-educational courses to support your mental health and personal growth include audios, videos, downloadable PDF workbooks, recommended resources, and supplemental materials for you to review at your own pace. A few courses (Love More Fear Less, for example) have a unique timeframe that will be indicated on the course page.
Each course is broken into four modules, intended to guide you through a month-long process.
The videos for each module can be viewed in about an hour, but you’ll want to set aside additional time to complete the complimentary playbooks.
In addition, each course also offers a 30-day journal and a 30-day hypnotherapy recording, which can be completed in 30 minutes per day.
We recommend setting aside 2-5 hours per week for a month (per course).
Please do whatever you need to do to free up this time. You, and the life you love, are worth it.
Skip Netflix one night. Delegate chores. Ask a friend to watch the kids. Skip the Netflix binge. Opt-out of social scrolling.

What are the pros and cons of a psycho-educational courses versus therapy?
Online courses are for educational purposes only – imagine the love child of a psychology class combined with a multi-media self-help book and you get a TLTL course.
Therapy is a professional relationship, with a well-trained, licenced professional.
Much of the healing that happens in therapy comes from the quality of the therapeutic relationship and cannot be replicated in an online course.
Therapy includes with in depth individualized goals, interventions, feedback, and support.
Many people go to therapy after taking one of our courses, wanting to go deeper into their own beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
You might find it supportive to take our courses, in addition to therapy, as a supplement or as homework between sessions.
TLTL courses are a general educational tool geared toward general populations seeking information on specific topics (resilience, authenticity, self-worth, etc.).
Our courses are not an appropriate substitute for therapeutic treatment, a therapeutic relationship, or formal medical or mental health care.
I'm a therapist, will I receive CEUs?
Since this course is made for individuals rather than therapists, this course does not provide CEUs.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for any of our courses.

How long will I have access to the course?
From time to time, we may give the course a facelife and the content may change.
So, we do suggest you work through the course material the month you purchase it.
You will have access to the course for the lifetime of the course, including all updates.
What do I need to have in order to participate in the courses?
You’ll need good Wi-Fi access, a computer/tablet/phone in order to access our course platform on Kajabi and Zoom, if there are calls with your course.
You’ll need something to write with, we suggest having a special journal and your favourite pen.
A headset or earphones are helpful, for the calls and the hypnotherapy recording, but not necessary.
You’ll also need space for yourself.
Be intentional about your choice of space when you are working through the course material.
Where do you feel the most engaged and at ease?

I don’t live in Canada. Can I join this program?
Yes! We often have participants from the United States, Europe, India, Australia, all around the world.
If the time zones are challenge to make work and you don’t want to stay up late or get up super early, it’s all good.
We will email you all the recordings you can watch them when the time works for you.
We deliver our courses in English.
As long as you’re comfortable reading and writing in English, then you’re welcome to join us!
